Perspective identity design for HomePointr, an ‘online platform designed to address social housing needs by bridging the gap between referral agencies and housing providers.’
Homepointr’s goal is to shake up to the current state of social housing by offering a way of connecting people to void property across Scotland.
The housing crisis is a real issue we are faced with and housing associations are currently left with hundreds of void property they can't fill whilst people are stuck on complicated referral lists. Homepointr aim to make this process easier by offering an online tool to connect people to the social housing they need.
A minimal colour palette
I wanted this to be welcoming, friendly and warm as dealing with social housing can be a difficult subject, the brand needed to be open to all.
Connecting Social Housing
As well as the logo I came up with a conceptual strapline ‘Connecting Social Housing’, which can be used alongside the logo and brand as a way to reinforce the companies main purpose.
